Ongoing strategic initiatives, as well as facilities expansion, and growing strategic service lines necessitates successful planning, prioritizing, and execution of initiatives that improve efficiency, safety, quality, and financial healthPRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIESLead, direct, and evaluate assigned nursing and patient care services areas:Wound, Ostomy, and Limb PreservationClinical Business SystemsNursing accreditations/designations; ANCC Magnet Program, PTAP Program, Beacon, etc.Nursing Professional Practice Organization infrastructureLearning Management System, Community Training Center (Basic, BLS, ACLS) management of training sitesPCS Regulatory lead Department of Health, Joint Commission, CMS, Nursing Quality, EBP, and researchPartner with Physician Leaders for clinical and operational excellence (Dyads)REQUIRED9 years of nursing experience with at least 5 years of progressive leadership experience with experience in nursing development, quality improvement and nursing clinical educationMaster's degree or above in Nursing.
